primary aim to operate at the highest level possible

within a prudent financial framework.

Scarborough Athletic FC is a Community Football

Club and inclusive to all. We will not tolerate racist,

homophobic, misogynistic or any other forms of

discriminatory abuse or anti-social behaviour whilst

attending fixtures or online on social media. The

use of pyrotechnics inside sports stadia, smoking,

vaping or pitch incursions are all against the law at

sports stadia.

Scarborough Athletic FC expects all supporters to

conduct themselves responsibly. Conduct that is

irresponsible or jeopardises the safety and

enjoyment of other persons or brings the club into

disrepute will not be tolerated.

Anyone who attends a Scarborough Athletic FC

fixture both home or away should follow the Ground

Regulations for the safety and enjoyment of all

supporters.

Supporters aged 11 and under must be

accompanied by a paying adult (18 years or older).

This is to safeguard children whilst in the stadium.

Reporting Incidents

As a Supporters’ Owned and Supporters’ Run

Football Club, we rely heavily on volunteers.

Should you witness disorderly or discriminatory

behaviour of any kind at a fixture, please inform

your nearest steward at your earliest opportunity.

Our club will not tolerate such behaviour towards a

fellow supporter, volunteer, player, official or

member of staff.

Our preferred method of reporting an incident is to

inform a steward at your earliest opportunity to

ensure any action can be taken before any

escalation. Please provide as much information as

clearly as possible to the steward who can

investigate your report.

Supporters who witness discriminatory abuse at any

away fixture should also ensure they report this to

the nearest steward on the day. Scarborough

Athletic FC will liaise with the hosting club to gather

the information should it be deemed necessary.

You can also report any incidents to:

our Security Partners alongside club volunteer

stewards and North Yorkshire Police. Please report

any incident to your nearest steward who will then

be able to log your report and investigate further. In

some cases, depending on the severity of the

report, the police may be contacted.

CCTV is in operation inside and outside the

Stadium and this may be used to investigate or

used as evidence.

In some cases, it may not always be possible for

the club to take visible action immediately, however

we appreciate Supporters’ reporting of any incidents

for the safety and enjoyment of everyone.

We ask all Supporters to enjoy themselves and

support their club in a responsible manner, whilst

considering the impact of their behaviour towards

others and the club in which they support.

Report it. Kick it out.
