All supporters should enter via the new turnstiles located next to the Clubhouse. There is no entry via the Clubhouse for spectators.
We ask that all supporters comply with the segregation plan (when applicable) and purchase tickets in their correct areas.
Online purchases will be closely monitored by the club. Tickets purchased in the wrong end will be voided without a refund so please carefully read and select the correct end prior to your purchase.
Tickets are non-refundable once purchased unless the game is postponed or rearranged. Please consider this when making your purchase.
Online ticket sales will automatically turn off 5 hours prior to kick off.
Turnstiles open at 1.30pm for a 3pm kick off and 7pm for a 7.45pm kick off.
Parking
There are around 100 free car parking spaces at the Ground, which is shared with the Rugby Club. Please utilise public transport or car share where possible. ***Car parking is available on first come first serve basis at the Mounting Systems Stadium. Once full, we recommend the large pay and display car park on Moorfield Road, YO16 4LE (a 2-3 minute walk from the Stadium). Parking at Moorfield Road is free after 6pm.
One-way traffic operation may be implemented to help maximise and ensure considerate parking.
The Railway Station is a 5-10 minute walk from the Ground.
Ground Rules
Well-behaved dogs on a lead are welcome in the ground with well-behaved owners, this may change for busier fixtures - please check in advance. Dogs should not be left unattended at any time and are not permitted in the Clubhouse. Children must not be left unaccompanied at any time.
Smoking or vaping is permitted in all outside areas inside the Ground where there is not a roof.
A copy of the Ground Regulations are available at all entry points into the Ground. Both home and away should adhere to our Supporters' Charter, which can be found here when supporting their respective clubs.
